This privacy policy describes how SUPERTRACK ApS (“SuperTrack”, “we”, “us”)

processes personal data in connection with the use of the SuperSail solution,

including our apps, systems and related services (the “Service”).

We attach great importance to protecting your personal data and process it in

accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish

Data Protection Act.

Personal data is not used for targeted marketing unless separate consent has

2.2 Boat Cameras

Who Can Access the Cameras?

  • The boat owner
  • Users authorised by the owner
  • Yard/dealer during pre-delivery phases
  • SuperTrack support personnel when required for troubleshooting

Owners are encouraged to inform family members, crew and guests about the

presence and use of onboard cameras.

2.5 HR and Consultants

Ordinary HR information relating to employees and consultants is processed in

accordance with employment contracts and applicable legislation.

5. Transfers to Third Countries

SuperSail uses Germany as the selected VORTEX data centre region. Personal data

is generally processed within the EU/EEA.

In limited support situations, access from countries outside the EU/EEA may

occur. Appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards are applied where

necessary.

6. Storage and Deletion

  • GPS history: Normally up to 5 years.
  • Telemetry: Normally up to 5 years.
  • User accounts: Until account closure plus up to 12 months.
  • Audit logs: Up to 12 months.
  • Accounting records: Typically 5 years.
