processes personal data in connection with the use of the SuperSail solution,
including our apps, systems and related services (the “Service”).
We attach great importance to protecting your personal data and process it in
accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish
Data Protection Act.

2.5 HR and Consultants
Ordinary HR information relating to employees and consultants is processed in
accordance with employment contracts and applicable legislation.

SuperSail uses Germany as the selected VORTEX data centre region. Personal data
is generally processed within the EU/EEA.
In limited support situations, access from countries outside the EU/EEA may
occur. Appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards are applied where
necessary.
6. Storage and Deletion

- GPS history: Normally up to 5 years.
- Telemetry: Normally up to 5 years.
- User accounts: Until account closure plus up to 12 months.
- Audit logs: Up to 12 months.
